The Town of Bovina has developed a Comprehensive Plan with the help of the Delaware County Planning Department and Shepstone Management Company.  The Plan may be reviewed at this website. The Town of Bovina conducted a survey of residents and taxpayers in February to gather opinions and data for the Comprehensive Plan. You can examine a copy of the survey results being reviewed by the Planning Board.
